The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) is opening up the pilots for foreign workers who held a job in the following three Quebec Permanent Immigration Pilot Programs (QPIPP’S).
What Are The Three Quebec Permanent Immigration Pilot Programs?
- Quebec Permanent Immigration pilot program for workers in food processing.
- Quebec Permanent Immigration Pilot Program for Orderlies.
- Permanent immigration pilot program for workers in the artificial intelligence, information technologies and visual effects sectors
MIFI plans to issue Quebec Selection Certificates (QSC) to up to 550 principal applicants plus their family members annually under each of the three pilot programs, therefore applicants must work in eligible sectors in order to be selected.
How I could be eligible for these 3 Pilot Programs (QPIPP’S)?
To be eligible for Quebec Permanent Immigration Pilot Programs (QPIPP’S), you must :
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Show that you can financially provide for yourself and your family for at least three months.
- Have obtained your work experience with legal status.
- have been paid and worked at least 30 hours per week.
- Prove intermediate oral knowledge of the French language.
