Here’s what Moroccan students need to qualify:

  1. Citizenship: You must hold Moroccan citizenship and be a French speaker.
  2. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate French skills at NCLC Level 5 or higher through recognized tests like the TEF Canada or TCF Canada.
  3. Study Program: Enroll in a full-time post-secondary program lasting at least two years, with over 50% of courses taught in French.
  4. Financial Support: Show that you can cover tuition fees, living expenses, and travel costs. For example:
    • If studying in a major city (Group A), budget CAD 20,635 or more annually.
    • If studying in rural areas (Group E), plan for CAD 14,206 annually.
