What is the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot?
New Brunswick has introduced a five-year pilot program to attract skilled workers to fulfill labour shortages that are hard to fill all over the province and its regions. This program’s nominations must be given by an employer to nominate applicants, which means that individual applications won’t be accepted.
How employers can participate in the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot?
Eligibility requirements for employers:
Employers are chosen to join this program based on:
- Experience in Canadian immigration programs for at least 3 years, and also their experience in the province.
- They have to be able to support new employees by providing them with settlement services such as settling in the area, skills training, and language training.
Note: Only selected employers can be involved in this program to be reviewed, and more employers will join the program in the future.

What are the application steps of the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot?
