The Quebec Provincial Government in Canada has issued its annual update to the Provincial Occupations and Jobs Regulations for the Temporary Employment Program for Foreigners in the province, which includes hundreds of professions and jobs from various levels and a wide variety of fields.

The Temporary Foreign Workers Program has the advantage of benefiting from simplified procedures for both employers and employees who will benefit from this program to work in Quebec. This program also opens the way for many cases to obtain their permanent residence card and settle down in Quebec or any other province in Canada.

This program aims to facilitate the entry of employees/workers/technicians/academics from various fields to the province of Quebec to supply the labor market with the competencies it needs and that are not sufficiently available within Canadian lands.
Simplified procedures exempt employers from proving the lack of the necessary proficiency within Canadian territories, which allows them to contract directly with the required competence from outside Canada, candidates will be exempted from proving their language proficiency and opens the way for seniors to benefit from this program and work in Quebec.
